A mental health or medical crisis can happen to anyone. If you or someone you know is in danger, getting the right help quickly matters. Below are a selection of important contacts to reach out to in the UK.
If there is an emergency

If someone needs medical support
Call 111. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day and can assess your situation, provide advice, and connect you with the right service. This is a service for non-emergency use, however still connects you with medical advice very promptly. You can also use 111 online at 111.nhs.uk.
