Programme details:

Oasis Bradford offers a range of group and one to one intervention alongside a clinical detox programme. Our programme is an eclectic mixture of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, strengths, and group work. This therapeutic programme consists of House meetings, workshops, process groups, worksheets guided relaxation and one to one individual care planning and support. All groups are compulsory. Clients with literacy and/or numeracy difficulties will be offered additional support to fully benefit from the programme.

Family support services:

Family members are encouraged to visit the unit prior to the clients admission. Telephone updates are provided to family members during the clients treatment with us. Telephone support is also provided for family members post discharge. Signposting and support is provided for families who need additional family related support services on exit.

Activities provided for children and families:

We recognise that without the support of family and friends many will never gain recovery. We also recognise that this can be very hard on those family members and friends. Family can visit on Sundays which is arranged with the Centre Manager and a child friendly family room is provided for those who have children visiting.

Post treatment support:

Oasis Bradford runs an aftercare group each week on Wednesday evenings for both former and current clients

The Centre is medically managed 24/7. A choice of medication is offered to the patient for their detox. Oasis Recevory manages patient needs by expertly blending a mixture of highly stuctured biological, psychological, social and spiritual approaches.

Oasis Bradford offers a medically managed detoxification programme supervised by a specialist prescribing GP. We are able to cater for both drug and alcohol detox.
