For many clients, a short stay programme of treatment simply isn’t enough and they are not yet ready to go home and live amongst the many temptations and issues that previously enabled their addiction. Steps Together’s Second Care Rehab and semi-independent living service at Elizabeth House is designed to offer the perfect solution to ensure that our clients are able to live in a semi-independent way, but with all the safety, structure and a daily programme to secure long term recovery from addiction. Our programmes are adapted to suit the needs of each individual or group, and include some of the most effective and evidence based treatment approaches to deal with direct addiction to drugs and alcohol, but can also address a vast range of disorders and emotional and mental health issues. The therapy team will ensure you receive the right level of support throughout these groups and your private one-one sessions; focusing fully on those aspects of your life that you want to change in order to achieve long term recovery.

At Steps Together we believe it is essential that family members are able to access the support, space and time that they need in order to repair their lives, and for the focus to be solely on them at this stage and not their loved one. This is your time to share and feel the support from Steps Together! Our FREE Family Workshops are designed to give you just that. A space where you can understand more about the illness of addiction, share your experiences, without judgement or fear, with others who have lived similar experiences to you. We will help you gain support and new coping skills from our expert range of qualified therapists that treat addiction.
