The Chestnuts offers an innovative and balanced treatment programme, combining a diverse range of evidence based therapies and treatments alongside a dynamic weekly programme of physical and psychological activities. Our programme blends the very best approaches to psychological change and wellbeing; whilst ensuring that the holistic needs of our client’s physical and social health are also supported.

At Steps Together we believe it is essential that family members are able to access the support, space and time that they need in order to repair their lives, and for the focus to be solely on them at this stage and not their loved one. This is the time to share and feel the support from Steps Together! Our FREE Family Workshops are designed to give offer just that. A space where family members can understand more about the illness of addiction. Share their experiences, without judgement or fear, with others who have lived similar experiences. Our service will help families gain support and new coping skills from our expert range of qualified therapists that treat addiction. Operating once a month, this is the perfect opportunity to help families develop their own network of support with other family members and have dedicated space and time to share experiences in a safe and discreet environment.
