Programme details:

SCT’s Primary Programme is a residential treatment programme for homeless men experiencing substance addiction issues and wanting to achieve abstinence from drugs and alcohol. The programme is based on the 12 step recovery model, with therapeutic interventions to treat underlying issues. The Primary Programme is delivered by daily groups from Monday to Friday, and weekly 1:1 sessions. Clients are expected to attend all sessions during their treatment. The programme works on the assumption that the 12 step model offers a robust basis for maintaining abstinence and a programme for living, whilst issues relating to attachment and trauma may require a more therapeutic approach.

We offer two phases of supported housing. Once residents have completed their first stage, they can move into our supported housing in North or East London to support their on-going recovery, residents in our supported housing maintain regular contact with their expert keyworker and continue to access our day programme and recovery community.
