Broadway Lodge is set in 1.8 acres of landscaped gardens, offering a calm environment for rehabilitation. The site includes two main buildings: the Gordon Beard Unit for initial admissions and detox, and the main house where the therapeutic treatment programmes take place. Together, the centre can accommodate up to 42 residents at a time.

Accommodation at Broadway Lodge includes single, twin, and shared rooms, many with en-suite bathrooms. Lounges, dining rooms, and accessible bedrooms with lifts are available across both houses. Freshly prepared meals are provided daily by in-house chefs, with snacks and drinks available throughout the day. The Broadway Lodge grounds also provide outdoor spaces for reflection, light exercise, and social connection during recovery.

Broadway lodge treatments

Broadway Lodge offers flexible behavioural and substance addiction treatment plans, with stays ranging from two weeks to six months. Options include detox only, detox with full rehab treatment, or the therapeutic programme without detox. A 24/7 medical team, including nurses, prescribers, and access to a psychiatrist, ensures safe withdrawal and ongoing support for physical and mental health throughout the Broadway Lodge programme.

Therapy is delivered through a wide mix of interventions at Broadway Lodge: daily group sessions, one-to-one counselling, psycho-educational workshops, relapse prevention, trauma therapy, and creative outlets like art, music, and mindfulness. Complementary treatments such as EMDR, reiki, massage, yoga, and auricular acupuncture are also available at Broadway Lodge, offering a holistic approach to addiction treatment.

Broadway Lodge also supports families, encouraging involvement through structured sessions and ongoing contact. On completion, patients can access third-stage housing in Bristol or other linked services, and weekly online aftercare groups provide continued therapeutic support. This emphasis on resettlement and relapse prevention helps Broadway Lodge residents sustain their recovery long after leaving the rehab centre.
