Programme details:

Life Script' (looking at early developmental learning and how it impacts behaviours in adulthood) interpersonal psychotherapy, Trauma work,12 Step Awareness, mood management, mindfulness and auricular acupuncture in our sensory room, art and creative assignments in the art room and fitness therapies. We are a Modified Therapeutic Community for those suffering from Addictions, (mild to moderate) Mental Health Issues or related behaviours. Past or present use or behaviour, if it is still affecting the person. This includes Co-dependency, Process Difficulties, mild to moderate Eating Disorders, depression, anxiety etc. Programme length is 28 days with a minimum stay of 2 weeks.

Family support services:

Family/couples therapy session and weekend family support group.

Activities provided for children and families:

Large grounds for visitors and children , outside activities, board games and use of the art room.

Post treatment support:

Free Two Year Aftercare programme (subject to successful completion of 28 day treatment) which includes weekly Relapse Prevention Group and managing anxiety levels and sobriety. We have a range of services accessed at additional charge such as aftercare plus skype or 1-1 therapy sessions. We Can also arrange drug nd alcohol screening.

Harm reduction policies for clients leaving the programme early:

With permission, we will contact/provide information on local support services. Health education on the dangers of relapse and the lowering of tolerance levels.

Resettlement/after care services:

Free aftercare for 2 years. As mentioned above on successful completion of 28 days. This is held weekly. At additional charge we have aftercare plus, skype sessions or 1-1 sessions on site
