Self/agency referral can be followed by an onsite visit to our facilities and an opportunity to meet staff and clients. This would be followed by a one to one assessment with one of the admissions team. If the client decides they want to come to BAC O'Connor and the assessment is positive, they would be involved in deciding on a date for admission. Upon admission, the client would be welcomed, given a chance to meet staff and peers again. New clients will then be allocated a named therapist and welcomed to their room. A care plan is agreed with the client.
We can provide virtual tours where required and will stay in touch with clients during the pre-admission process.
Clients will be asked to leave immediately if they: Become physically violent or threatening. Do not remain abstinent. Do not comply with the programme timetable
